Bio
Life’s transitions—whether in career, relationships, or personal—can feel uncertain and overwhelming. If you find yourself stuck in patterns of worry, self-doubt, or emotional distress, remember that change is possible. I provide a collaborative, supportive space where we can explore your challenges, build resilience, and move toward a life that feels more meaningful and fulfilling.
My approach integrates ACT, psychodynamic, and existential therapies with a systems-level perspective to help clients gain clarity, self-awareness, and emotional flexibility. With my background as a school psychologist, I bring an understanding of neurodiversity and developmental challenges, offering tailored support for those navigating ADHD and executive functioning difficulties. For couples, I incorporate a blend of the Gottman Method and EFT to help partners improve communication, rebuild trust, and navigate conflict—whether in traditional relationships or non-monogamous dynamics.
Staying curious and recognizing patterns—both in thoughts and relationships—are core principles in my work. I believe that by recognizing our own values, we can begin to create lasting change for ourselves. Our work together will focus on understanding unconscious patterns, exploring meaning, and strengthening psychological flexibility so you can respond to challenges with openness rather than avoidance.
