If you have an in-office appointment and you are sick or not feeling well, please let your therapist or the clinic know as soon as possible so your appointment may be switched to telehealth.
EXCEPTION
If you cancel in less than 48 hours, you may be able to avoid the late fee by rescheduling and keeping another appointment for the same week.
*This option is not guaranteed and is subject to your therapist’s availability. We charge late cancel/no show fees because this time is exclusively set aside for you.
