Bio

Sometimes we need to ask for help in navigating the demanding complexities of life. Many of my clients face challenges related to chronic illness, whether managing their own or caregiving for a loved one. I specialize in guiding individuals through grief, loss, and matters of self-esteem and belonging. With over 20 years of experience, I understand the emotional and psychological impacts that accompany periods of transition and uncertainty –  and I understand how to help you take back control.

Together, we’ll create a warm, safe place to confront these challenges. With radical acceptance of your unique lived experience, we will invite your inner strength to the surface. By exploring the connection between the patterns and impact of your past, we can uncover the causes of today’s adversities. This process will support you in a transformation of self-image, coping mechanisms, and thought processes; a transformation towards lasting happiness.

Through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and psychodynamic interventions, I’ll be your guide on this empowering journey of healing. I meet my client’s where they are, moving forward together, at whatever pace that may be.

Fun Fact: I love traveling and sunshine.
