Bio
I believe that humans are hardwired for intimate connection. Yet, we often encounter barriers that keep us from cultivating the authentic and deep connections that we crave. I offer an inclusive and affirming space for individuals, couples, and families to explore roadblocks to vulnerability, break old patterns, and deepen understanding of themselves and others. When we connect with and honor the deepest parts of ourselves, we are able to shift toward more authentic and fulfilling approaches to navigating life and relationships.
I am trained to work with individuals, couples, and complex family systems with a variety of presenting issues. My approach is rooted in curiosity, connection, and honoring what is meaningful to you. Through integration of narrative, emotionally-focused, and solution-focused therapies we will co-create your unique path toward relational and self discovery.
The journey toward personal and relational healing can be life-changing, but also challenging and unfamiliar. I’ll meet you where you are at on your unique path, and will work with you at your pace.
Fun Fact: I am from Minnesota, so the occasional Portland snow doesn’t bother me!
