Bio
With over 20 years of experience supporting individuals navigating the complexities of life, I deeply understand the emotional and psychological impacts that accompany periods of change and transition. My clients are people struggling with a variety of life’s challenges. You may be overwhelmed by the emotional toll of chronic illness, disability, or caregiving, or struggling with the complexities of loss—whether from the death of a loved one or the end of a relationship. I help clients navigate these challenges, offering support as they find a way forward and regain a sense of control, purpose, and healing.
I utilize a strengths-based and person-centered approach to highlight each person’s unique lived experience and capabilities. Through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and psychodynamic interventions, I aim to help you build healthier thought patterns, cope with emotions, and address deeper-rooted issues that contribute to your overall distress.
Life’s transitions, whether expected or unexpected, can be uncomfortable. However, with the right support, these moments can become opportunities for profound transformation. I look forward to supporting you as we explore the strengths and solutions that can help you lead a more fulfilling life, even in the face of life’s challenges.
Fun Fact: I love traveling and sunshine.
