Payment Options

All therapists at Healing Connections Counseling accept Canopy EAP and out-of-pocket payments.

Accepted insurance differs based on the provider. All of our licensed therapists are in a network with PacificSource, MODA, and Kaiser. Our associate therapists accept payment from certain insurance carriers through our clinic.

You may be responsible for a co-pay at the time of service. Please contact your insurer to determine your co-pay and whether you have a yearly deductible that must be met before you may use your benefits. You may also need to confirm if your insurance covers couples therapy.

Rates

Our out-of-pocket rates vary based on therapist. Our current rates range from $130-185 per session.

No Surprises Act

Under the No Surprises Act, when you do not use insurance to pay a provider for services you are protected from surprise billing. You are entitled to a Good Faith Estimate at the time of services to help you project the cost of services.
