Bio

Hello and welcome! I identify as a white, cisgender, neurodivergent, queer woman. I am a BIPOC ally. These identities inform how I navigate the world as a person and a therapist. I take into account that most of us have had to navigate systems of oppression without realizing it, and have created coping skills that perhaps are not aligned with our current values and lifestyle.

My goal is to support folks who are navigating life’s challenges with compassion, kindness, and ultimately find tools to connect with yourself in ways that are deep and embodied. My practice is grounded in creating a safe and supportive environment by offering a space to find healing and resilience. What I hope for you is to feel heard wherever you are on that journey.

I incorporate several evidence-based techniques into our work together. I am informed by internal family systems (IFS), attachment, narrative and somatic approaches and practice cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Mindfulness.
