Clinical Director
We’re seeking a full-time Clinical Director to help lead our growing practice while maintaining an active clinical caseload.

This hybrid leadership role combines direct client care with clinical supervision, mentorship, onboarding, training, and collaboration to support a thriving team culture. The Clinical Director will play a key role in guiding our clinical team, serving as a resource for clinicians, overseeing documentation standards, and helping shape the future of Healing Connections Counseling.
Location: Portland, OR (Hybrid)
Schedule: Full-Time, W-2
Compensation: $110,000–$115,000 annually
We’re looking for an experienced, licensed clinician who is passionate about mentoring fellow therapists, maintaining high clinical standards, and fostering a collaborative, supportive workplace.
