Bio
Taking the first step toward therapy is an act of true bravery, and I am so glad you are here. If you are feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, navigating the complexities of trauma, or struggling with your relationship with food and your body, please know that you do not have to carry this alone. Finding the right therapist can feel daunting, but my hope is to make this space feel safe, welcoming, and entirely yours.
I believe therapy is a rare opportunity to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and explore your true potential. My approach is rooted in a deep belief that you already possess an inner wisdom and strength; my role is simply to help you uncover and trust it. Together, we will approach your story with gentle curiosity and self-compassion, rather than judgment.
While I bring specialized experience working with anxiety, depression, PTSD, and eating disorders, I treat you as a whole person, not a diagnosis. In our sessions, I blend evidence-based tools from CBT, DBT, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to fit your unique needs. At the heart of my practice, however, is authentic human connection—and usually a healthy dose of humor to keep us grounded. Whether you are navigating a major life transition or learning to regulate overwhelming emotions, I am here to walk alongside you.
